ONLINE RETURN POLICY

At West Land Coffee Roasters, we strive to make sure you're always satisfied with your purchases. If there's anything wrong, here's how you can return items to us:

Coffee Returns:

  • You can return any coffee you purchase from us within 5 days of the purchase date.
  • Please make sure the coffee is in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns of opened or used coffee.

Merchandise Returns:

  • For any non-coffee merchandise, like mugs or apparel, you have up to 14 days from the purchase date to return items.
  • To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact us at our support email with your order number. We'll give you all the details on how to proceed.
  2. Ship the Item Back: Once you've contacted us, we'll let you know where to send the items you're returning. Please note, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
  3. Refund or Exchange: When we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we'll refund your purchase price to the original method of payment or arrange for an exchange, based on your preference.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of gift cards, downloadable products, or any items marked as final sale.
